2022 CNS Annual Meeting Industry Sponsored Session Proposals

Fields

Option 1: Educational Seminars

  • Non-product specific educational seminars.
  • Independently accredited programs. CME credit not required, but programs offering CME given priority.Staging Fee: $50,000 payable by check or wire transfer on or before June 30
  1. Staging Fee: $50,000 payable by check or wire transfer on or before June 30. Includes Meeting Space as specified below. All other costs to be paid by ISS organizer.
  2. Maximum session run-time: 2-hours
  3. # session slots available: 2 (possible 3rd session may be added: TBD)
  4. Meeting Space: CNS will provide the following meeting space options for up to 150 attendees, classroom or banquet style seating
    1. Wednesday, October 12: TBD: mid-afternoon (before Welcome Reception) or evening (after Welcome Recepiton
    2. Thursday, October 13: Lunchtime
    3. Friday, October 14: Lunchtime
  5. Production & Staging:
    1. Content provider is responsible for arranging and paying for all contracted services required for live staging in Cincinnati, using CNS-contractors, including AV (Freeman AV), Food & Beverage (Duke Energy Convention Center)
    2. Content provider is responsible for all facets of post-meeting on-line presentation including recording/editing session in Cincinnatti, hosting of On Demand recorded content on its own site November 1 - December 31, 2022. CNS will post link on its website.
  6. Publicity
    1. CNS Website: Session announcement/description and link to content provider's website will be posted on the CNS website beginning September 21. 
    2. Blast email: CNS will waive the first $5000 eConnections (blast email) fee publicizing the live-streamed session. Additional layout, design fee may apply.
      1. Date of eConnections transmission is subject to availability on CNS queue; final offered and/or assigned transmission dates to be determined by CNS.
      2. A second eConnections transmission may be sent upon request and receipt of $5000 payment. Availability and date of transmission to be determined by CNS.
      3. All eConnections guidelines must be observed and signed form returned along with payment prior to transmission. Standard disclaimer will be customized and appear at bottom of all eConnections:

CNS is not responsible for content or CME credit, nor does it endorse the sponsoring organization or its products and/or services."
  8. Live Streaming from Cincinnati: Option not available.
  9. On-Demand presentation of recorded session: Sponsor may arrange to record live session in Cincinnati and repurpose as a self-hosted online webinar. CNS will post link to On Demand recorded content on its website November 1 - December 31, 2022

Option 2: Product Theaters

  • Commercial Product/Service-specific informational sessions. No CME credit provided.
  1. Staging Fee: $50,000 payable by check or wire transfer on or before June 30. Includes Meeting Space as specified below. All other costs to be paid by ISS organizer.
  2. Maximum session run-time: 1-hour
  3. # session slots available: 5-7
  4. Meeting Space: CNS will provide the following meeting space options for up to 75 attendees, theater style seating
    1. Exhibit Floor (Level 1):
      1. Wednesday, October 12: 1 mid-afternoon session (before Welcome Reception)
      2. Thursday, October 13: 1 morning, 1 afternoon session
    2. Meeting Room (Level 2 or 3):
      1. Thursday, October 13: 1 morning, 1 afternoon session; possible evening session
      2. Friday, October 14: 1 morning, 1 afternoon session
